What is my Marianopolis College login?

Answer

Your Marianopolis College login is used to log in to most of the College's online services, including all of the Library's Databases, the Marianopolis Hub (used to make technology requests, other bookings, etc. . .), your College Microsoft 365 account, and logging in to any College computer. Note: This login is not your Omnivox login.

How to find your Marianopolis login:

Students:

  • Your Username is your seven-digit student number (e.g. 1234567), except for Microsoft 365, where your username is FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME@office.marianopolis.edu.
  • Your Password. The default setting for your password is your Permanent Code, followed by a hashtag (#). It is case-sensitive, so you must use capital letters for the first four letters in the Permanent Code (e.g. ABCD12345678#). If you change your password in Microsoft 365, note that the password will be changed for all of your College logins (except Omnivox). It will not be reset from year to year. For more information on changing your password, and for information about all of your Marianopolis accounts, please consult the following document on Omnivox: Microsoft 365 and Marianopolis Network Account Login Info.

Faculty and Staff:

  • Your Username and Password are identical to the ones you use to log into your College email. You should have received an email address and a default password when you started working at the College.

Need Help?

If you have having trouble with logging in, please go directly to the Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) Help Desk (A-358). They are open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. They will be able to reset your login directly.

You can also always drop by the Library's Reference Desk for help whenever we are open. Consult our opening hours here. You can also chat with us online during opening hours, or submit a question anytime here. We will respond to you as quickly as possible during business hours.
