Q. Where can I find help with citation styles?

Citation Style Guides

The Marianopolis College Library provides support for all of the major citation styles used at the College through our LibGuides. This includes:

Modern Languages Association (MLA) Citation Style (8th edition)

American Psychological Association (APA) Citation Style (7th edition)

Chicago Style Citation (17th edition)

American Sociological Association (ASA) Citation Style

We also have print copies of the MLA and APA style guides available for checkout from the Reserve Collection, and the Chicago and ASA style guides are available for consultation.

What if I can't find what I need?

If you're having trouble finding the information you need in the online or print style guides, don't hesitate to reach out to us. The Library staff have plenty of experience with citation styles and will help you find what you need. Currently, the quickest way to reach us is through the Library's LibChat virtual reference desk. It is available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though the Library page on the Marianopolis website.

You can also submit a question here. We will respond to you as quickly as possible during business hours.
